Residential Interior
Before we arrive, here’s what you need to do…
- Please clear off all shelves, cabinets, chests and other furniture that are on the wall or against the wall.
-
Please remove all hanging art on the walls and store.
-
Please put away or remove all knick-knacks, toys, or other miscellaneous décor that may reside on the floors or against the walls.
-
If we are painting your ceiling, we will plan to cover all furniture.
-
Furniture can be moved by Shanks Painting; if you are able and feel inclined to move furniture before our arrival, then that will save you money on the cost of the project.
While we are there…
-
Please keep the rooms clear of people, toys, and other obstructions so that we can more effectively do our jobs.
-
If someone is available at the home if there are questions, this is preferred.
-
If you notice any issues while we are there, please bring the issue to the attention of Mike Shanks.
At project conclusion, the inspection process…
-
Once a project concludes, the painters will review the project with the homeowner.
-
In most cases, Mike Shanks will also inspect the project.
-
Touch-ups and additional work will be completed as necessary to ensure complete satisfaction in the project.
